We were visiting family in Ithica. It was a clean, comfortable, less expensive place to stay. The beds were very comfortable so we slept well.
The only drawback I see is that there is no elevator, so kind of a hassle to get suitcases to upper floor. If I stayed again, I would request a st floor room.
