They could do better

Reserved a room with one king bed and got a room with 2 full size beds. Cleaning service was hard to come by, and when they did, they didn't clean very well. Things like Kleenex and coffee weren't refilled. It took one full day and 4 phones calls to get a remote for the TV.

The hotel is in the middle of rehabbing. Therefore, it was a bit unkept. It had an order in the rooms and in the hallway. The outside door wasn't working so we had to walk all the way around to the front of the building.
