Expensive, Slow, Damaged my computer.

They took 4 days to do a virus scan and add a RAM chip. I picked up the PC, took it home and it wouldn't even power up. They had knocked loose or disconnected one of the internal power connections.

I took it back to have it fixed. I returned home and found that both the CD and DVD drives didn't work. The CD tray now has a piece missing so it can't work and the DVD tray wouldn't even open.

It's not often that I find a business that returns something they worked on in worse condition than it was when it was brought in for repair; but Quality...

The best yet. The new Toshiba Tablet for our daughters real estate job was ordered thru QHT and received it on time as well. We have had some minor issues but the phone and e-mail responses were timely and to the point to fix the problem without a long drive from Fort Worth to Grapevine. Cory and now Ross have been of great service .
