I think the owner is very nice man named boris.. who always greets you and smiles. HOWEVER the receptionist NELLY is about the RUDEST COLD HEARTED person I have ever met. My brain fries just trying to figure out how or why they would keep her here. I WILL NEVER EVER recommend this place because no one deserves to meet this horrible women. The business has very rude people answering the phones. No courtesy for common questions. Would never consider using them. I asked around and other people felt the same.

I could not be happier with my results!! Irina is truly amazing! She's very knowledgable, extremely personable & down to earth. Felt so comfortable and welcome from the minute I walked through the the front door! Everyone at the desk was so polite and welcoming. It's very clean office. Will definitely be returning for a follow up!! Thanks for a great experience!!

I had to delete my previous review. The first time I went here I had an extremely long wait for my laser procedure. I was very unhappy at the time with the place. However, when I returned today for my second treatment it was a completely different experience. The staff was very accommodating and were able to add on another procedure that I wanted to have done, and I did not have to wait at all....

I wanted to thank stuff of this medical office not just because results are amazing, packages are very cheap and laser equipment is the most expensive but when it was a little delay this morning because one of the laser tech called out sick they were giving everyone one extra free session.
