WE called with a window issue and one hour later Mike Trahan came within an hour and fixed our problem. We buy our windows from Quality Glass because the service is exceptional and the people are very nice. You can't ask for more. The prices are under all the other major vendors in the area. Thank you. absolutely horrible..the owner came to my home to give me a quote on replacing a window.i was forced to pay $55 in cash before he would give me the quote...i received the quote 4 days later via a message left on my voicemail...i called back immediately to accept the quote.."karen" took the message..i had to call an additional 4 times because the owner would not return my calls..finally i called...
