Installed home generator (9500 bucks) Also sighed up for a 3 year contract to change oil and filter. After 1st oil change the technician left the unused oil (Plastic Bottle) on ""TOP"" of the battery. The bottle started leaking and the oil drained into the vent covers on the battery and boom!!! Battery exploded. I purchased new battery and installed. When I called QG to ask then to reimburse...
