The salesman, Charlie Pellaton, promised (in the contract) to patch small cracks in my concrete block wall and to remove any tiles in my existing tile floor that were in the way of the job. Run, do not walk, from this company. Of five companies interviewed to do mold remediation/ water abatement, we selected this one, despite high cost. Work was not to code, terribly done, wall sheathing totally covered one window and partially covered another; drains installed across front walkway so water collected and froze in a hazardous lake, will no longer drain so pump runs continuously ....
Charlie and Dawn were a pleasure to work with. They stayed on top of everything and addressed all my questions/concerns. We are very pleased with the project.
