Did not cut meat as requested. The packaging was covered in blood; have never had this happen before in the 5+ years of buying meat from a butcher.

Jennifer was very patient in helping me learn how to get my chickens to be processed. The birds are cooled quickly, which is important. My farm, Viola's Kitchen Garden near Manitowoc, will continue to ensure customers have poultry that is handled correctly to ensure food safety by using Quality Cut Meats.

This place is a scam !!!!!!!!!!! If you think your missing meat you problably are nothing about this place is trust worthy the owner steals meat and sells it at farmers market, she thinks whatever is in her freezer her property.
