Poor food quality. Everything seems like it came out of a can, bag, freezer. Nothing seems fresh or store made. Overall poor quality food

Unfortunately the restaurant recently closed. I don't believe that it was because of the restaurant. The City of Springfield is run by idiots that do one stupid thing after another. They told Quaker Steak that there was going to be an outlet mall built next door to them. That was two or three years ago. They still haven't broken ground...

Had eaten at one in PA on a business trip and enjoyed it. I found this on the internet, so decided on a family trip to stop in with the family. Did not get the chance to share with family as it is closed.

This restaurant has closed. Based upon my experience (read my two reviews), the service was horrible! Bad service does not bring back returning customers. Bad service reviews were prevalent throughout the list of reviews on Trip Advisor.
