After reading the reviews I don't feel bad now. I have been complaining about the roaches an other stuff in my apartment. Still not taken care of but it u don't pay rent on time or ask for a little time they give u an eviction notice. People break in cars an u have to park a mile away from your apt. I been here a year an now I gotta try an find a place to go. Guess I shouldn't have complained!!!

Maintenance in this place is mildly retarted at best, the apartment managers don't care about your problems, half the time everyone speaks Spanish, and no one cares when you have a problem with your apartment I can't wait for my lease to be up. I lived in these apts for 6 months, renewed my lease for another 6 for a 2bd 1 bath and boy did we regret it! Maintenance is slow. You tell them to do something and it take days for it to get done. In the 2nd unit we rented we had major infestation problems and it never was resolved. Think twice about renting here, the price may be reasonable, but the service is not up to par.

i lived here for awhile because i was broke college student so the price was loww. the office manager was not very friendly. the maintance people were very nice and helpful, when they finally did make it around. my car got broken into twice and the laundry room is scary, as well as the pool i never used it, and perfered a laundrymat somewhere else. the only reason i stayed was becasue it was...
