Ate there for the first time tonight. Started with the Pick Up Pickles which were awesome. Then I had Boneless Chicken Wrap and Lube Chips. The wrap was good and the Chips were awesome. My sister had the BBQ O-Ring Cheesesteak and Lube Fries. The fries were awesome ad the Cheesesteak was good. The service was great. Our waitress Amelia came by several times to check on us and so did some others...

Wish there was a 0 star option. Went on Tuesday night, waitresses don't care about small groups, had to get the manager to be our waiter just to be served. Never coming back, regret being a frequent customer, after every visit being worse than the previous. Buffalo Wild Wings across the street has all my business on Tuesday's and Thursday's nights once again. Get new waitresses.

This place is fabulous. We love going here. They were really great when We had our son's high school graduation there. Our waitress got everyone's order right And was Very attentive to our needs.

First time at Quaker Steak tonight, the restaurant was dead, the host seated us, we waited over five minutes and our server still had not been to our table to even greet us. We got up and left and went to Buffalo Wild Wings and our server there got to our table to get our drink orders within a minute of us being seated. Terrible service at Quaker Steak.
