The service on our first visit was on par or slightly above par for what you would expect with any urgent care. (Friendly and helpful staff)
The second time the service was not as good. We arrived just after lunch on a Sunday in the peak of cold/flu season. So it should have not been a big surprise that we faced a long wait time to get a room and even longer to see the Nurse Practitioner (LNP).
