I had a very positive experience with Granite City for the installation of our granite countertop in the kitchen. It was installed today. Since I kept our old cabinets and they are not leveled, the guys had to place some wooden strips at a few spots to make the countertops all leveled so the backsplash could be installed correctly.

I am half way through the purchase and install of my granite countertop. I am asking for some install considerations in regards to minimal seams and such. So far so good, Ahmed is intelligent and helpful. Russell the template maker and installer is also competent. I'll report back at the conclusion for a full report.
