Horrible customer service, incredibly slow tellers, unfriendly staff. I now wish I had chosen another credit union to give my business to. I have yet to encounter one friendly employee yet.

after being turned down by my own bank and other lenders I walked in to Pyramid and met with Diana. She was very helpful. with her determination and help I was approved for a refinance on my high interest car loan. I can't express enough the gratitude I have for the staff at Pyramid. I will with out hesitation recommend this lending institution. thanks agian Diana!!
