Yesterday, my son, Cooper was pretty excited because we were taking his bicycle in to have it tuned up and adjusted to make it a "bigger boy" bike at your Shelby location. Scott Mull informed us we would have it back on Tuesday since they close at 3pm and Monday was a holiday. Today was my first visit to Puzzle Creek, I was very impressed by the knowledge of the staff. The manager was polite, friendly, and patient with me as I asked a million questions. She helped me to get fitted for the most comfy pair of running shoes I've ever owned. Their great customer service and knowledge of the field will keep me coming back!

We are so lucky to have such a quality outdoors store in Rutherford County. The staff in knowledgeable and so helpful. If they don't have it they will help you find it. I have gotten shoes, sleeping bag, backpacking supplies and clothes and have never been disappointed.
