Great sales staff, less than impressive installation job

I bought a new Blizzard snow plow for my truck about two months ago form here, first time ever doing business with them. The sales staff was excellent, price was higher than other dealers but I gave the business to them because they actually answered the phone, were able to answer my questions, and actually get the plow installed in a timely manner... I dropped my truck off told them to keep it...
