Created by Chef Robin Hathaway, Pure Energy Cafe serves up healthy and wholesome food and drinks. Located in the Spectrum Athletic Club, the cafe is open to the public, with an amazing ocean view from its balcony. The breakfast menu includes organic oatmeal, multi-grain pancakes and egg dishes.
