I hired Pure Bliss Catering for a post wedding brunch at my home. We were very pleased with the personal attention to specific food requests and everything tasted fantastic. In addition Gillian stayed and served, made coffee and refilled as the buffet dishes were emptied. The last time I had this woman prepare a cake for me, it looked like it was decorated by children. The cake was dried out like it had been frozen for an extended period of time and it had no taste. I will not purchase from this business.
Thank you for the most delicious and beautiful chistening cake. We really tested you with our requests for ornate scrolling and detailing and you came through in flying colors. It was a work of art and absolutely delicious. I believe there were as many pictures taken of the cake that day as there were of the baby. YUMM!!
