The Pumpkin Patch is the place we like to stop and get a great burger, corn, or cobbler on the way from the beach in the summer. We also attend the MAiZE every year and get totally lost! The Pumpkin Patch itself is a cute place to bring kids during the day to enjoy a nice October evening, but if you're considering to stay until the evening to go into the Field of Screams, I really wouldn't recommend it. This year The Portland MAiZE is celebrating the Portland Timbers’ inaugural Major League Soccer season in 2011 by carving the soccer club’s logo into the towering corn field. The maze was so much fun and the Pumpkin Patch farm and activities were a blast for my kids.
I was there with about 10 people last night...we paid our money for the haunted maze and we were told that the wait would be "1 hour." We thought this was excessive, but decided to do it anyway because we had kids with us and they really wanted to go in.
