We had a huge play arena just for our group. The staff was exceptional and very attentive. I did not have to worry about where my kids were at anytime. I finally got to enjoy my kids birthday party because Pump It Up staff did all the set up, supervision, and clean up. They even helped me in the party room during service. The best thing is that I had my own reserved parking spot and their staff...
