I really liked this place and thought the staff was very friendly, however I will not be having another party at any Pump It Up. I paid $400 for a party that was rushed from start to finish. I mean 1 hour of jump time is not enough time at all. I could have spent way less at Chuck E Cheese and they could have played all day. This was so not worth the money.

We had a party to celebrate our twins turning 3 and it was wonderful!! Kids had fun and mommy got to play too because pump it up took care of the rest. It was so great to "enjoy" their party and not be missing it because of the prep and behind the scenes tasks. Everyone who attended was pleased as well. In fact, my oldest is having a party this weekend for her 6th birthday! :)

I was more impressed with our previous bday parties in the past. (2012, 13). This year was just very rushed. I found myself in my car driving away 5 minutes before my time was suppose to be up.
This also included paying and gathering belongings for 15 minutes. All of our guests also felt like we were not given an adequate party time for the money. We won't be back for a bday party due to those...
