I would never again buy from them because the home owners assoc is governed not by people who live here in rancho verde but by a mgt group. I found out today, you cannot have a chair or bench, or anything hanging such as flowers from your porch without permission which will take 30 days, they say. But it took me 4 mos to get approved to widen by driveway so that it is wheel chair acessible. I guess nobody in this neighborhood will be out on their front porches.

Cons

- they allow nothing in front so all homes look totally generic sucky looking
