I bought charms for my mother in law as a Christmas present on 12/21/2014. I paid for 2 day shipping. Afterwhich I received two emails frim Pugster. One of which was a email back to my profile where my tracking information would be located. Since the day I ordered, it still says my order has been submitted and will be shipped soon, even though the website states everything except custom jobs...

Please save your money!! I have done my research. They claim they are out of Pasadena, CA... But their shipping label if from CHINA.... Go figure!! I guess...

I ordered three charms from Pugster.com.  They arrived quickly, but were small and not the quality I expected.  The website says 'returns are no problem'.  However, when I attempted to return them I found the following:
The phone number on the invoice is not in service. ('call cannot be completed...')
The phone number on the website to call for a Return Authorization number, is a generic...

I can never get my money back but I can WARN you! I had a good experience at pugster once. Then I became one of the victims like so many people who have complained. I say beware!! They even sent an email to apologize and offer a refund but the refund never came after 2 months! I realize now that THOUSANDS of people have had a bad experience in the last 2 months.
