honor the special that you advertise online. i reserved a unit during the 50% off special. it said i could change my unit size upon move in and still receive the special. However, when we were to move in, they did not honor our rate when we needed to change unit size. In this day and age of customer service, i was dismayed that this would happen.

avoid this company. I reserved a unit online during their 50% off "holiday special".. however, when I arrived at the location, they indicated they were no longer running this special and I would have to pay full price - even though I had an email confirmation from them confirming my rate and move in date..

I was truly shocked to see this bait and switch tactic from a national brand...
