Bruce seemed caring when my friend called for help. He told her she would get a call from his associate which she did fairly quickly. But that's when it went downhill. Second person said he worked for the largest and best firm in NJ and that they would not take a $30-40k claim. Instead he would come to her house with his contractor "a very large intimidating man who would bully the insurance company into paying". For that he would take 10percent and the contractor expected to get the job. She called Bruce back but he didn't return her call. Is this some kind of scam?
