My Toshiba laptop was booting up but the screen was not coming on. I connected an external monitor and the system booted up just fine. I dropped off the laptop on 6/19/10 and explained the problem. I was told the cost will be $85.00 plus the cost of the parts. On 6/23/10 I was notified the laptop was ready for pickup. The problem was only a loose connection in the computer.
