I love this place. Classes galore-spinning, Zumba, yoga, group power,+. Staff are friendly and helpful, Rich is the best. Salt pool and therapy pool. Ample locker rooms, good hours. Good free weight area and plenty of resistance and cardio machines, tvs,. Good personal trainers available.

Nice place, clean. Happy people all around. Class schedule is not great for those of us with regular jobs, but when I asked about the class schedule the response I got made it seem like I was the only one with a problem with the schedule. Maybe I am, but seems to be a pretty common complaint when it comes up in discussion with others.We joined and love it. To me - it's worth the cost.

It's deffenaitly not your normal fitness center. With a Rock wall, lap and heated therapy pool, 6 lane track, and spa in side the locker rooms their is even a steam and sauna...
