Nice apartment, quite and clean. Good facilities on the grounds including laundry. Its very close to everything in Ventura and Oxnard. It is also within driving distance of LA, and it easy to get to the highway from the apartment. It is a nice place for people on the go.

This is my review and experience may vary from tenant to tenant. To start these apartments are kind of small they are although great for a small family. On our first week of move in cockroaches started to appear from behind the stove, microwave and cabinets. We got rid of them for a while but came back, now we are not a messy household so they must be from the neighbors. Speaking of neighbors...

These apartments are horrible. They have termites and are very dirty. My apartment even had graffiti on the walls. The staff here is very unprofessional and they dont care about costumers. They charge way too...
