Lisa saved my back!!!
After months with PT, Doctors, pills - still no relief. A friend suggested Lisa. After three months with her careful, strategic plan for my core, my back pain diminished. In fact I was so inspired by her, that I have started my Pilates Teacher Training in hopes to one day be as good as her.

Lisa knows her stuff!! She is professional, knowledgeable, and provides stellar client service. I highly recommend Lisa Humphries to anyone looking to gice Pilates a try and the results...well you just wait...your core has never looked better!!

For the past 10 or so years I wanted to try pilates but frankly was afraid to. I knew that pilates was a mind and body disciplined art. As a physical therapist I went into pilates with Lisa feeling confident with my functional anatomy knowledge. Lisa blew me away with how much she knew and understood about the body, how it moves and what to do to engage the correct postural muscles and gain the core and postural strength you need. What impressed me the most was how she was able to keep up a steady pace with me and transition me from one move to the next totally targetng what I needed to...

My experence with Lisa as a pilates professional has been a positive one. She is proficient with her equipment and general knowledge of pilates. She put my best interest and goals first and foremost. The only topic of discussion during my visit was regarding my needs and desires as relating to how Lisa's pilates routine can help me. Thanks Lisa!

I have had all good experiences with Lisa teaching Pilates to me. I had no experience, and she was very patient. The results are what counts, and I had better core definition with her Pilates classes after a couple of months than I did several years in Karate. Lisa always showed the utmost professionalism with me, as well as being a patient and kind teacher.
