Terrible Customer Service!

This company is based in Maryland and their service is absolutely awful. They are rude, NO MATTER who you talk to. Their website states that it is easier than calling them but WHAT A JOKE!; you HAVE to call their 800# and deal with these rude people as you CANNOT schedule OR register you test UNTIL you speak to them on the 800#. The local testing center in Baton Rouge and Metairie were both...
