Prepare to grab your ankles after going here, got a low quote but after not wanting to buy there hard drive my bill doubled, quoted me $325 on the phone including a $150 hard drive after declining and bringing in my own drive my bill was $411\r
toatally makes sense to me, RIP OFF!!

About a month ago, my Dell laptop gave me the ultimate blue screen of death. I am totally clueless when it comes to computers so I knew I had to take it somewhere before I got too frustrated and threw it out the window or something. I remembered seeing the sign for Progressive Tech on my daily drive down Roosevelt from work so that was the first place I thought of for repairing my sick laptop....

I drove my laptop to Progressive at my lunch hour. Before I made it back to my office they had called with a diagnosis and within 24 hours it was fixed and ready for pick up. My computer needed an exorcism and these guys de-Linda Blaired it quickly and with little carnage. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!!
