He was very good, very reasonable, knowledgeable and efficient. He did what he said he would do, at the price stated before he started the work. He was very careful, friendly and courteous. He exceeded my expectations. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

He made recommendations that the last company left out and kept us informed the whole time. Since our water heater is in the hall closet, he recommended a sensor so that we can be notified of any run overs. Thanks for going the extra mile. He was friendly and informative. Definitely would recommend him to my friends and use him again.

He had to do a lot of trouble shooting and did a great job, showed up when he said he would, and kept me informed every step of the way.

I read the reviews prior to hiring them and found the "big" fault was the warranty card issue. The rater apparently did not listen to them very carefully. Job was outstanding, very professional and exceeded my expectations.
