The staff here is friendly and welcoming, but they do not listen to detailed instructions. Due to that our boy died on the operating table. Our pet had a tumor on his elbow. They debulked twice before. I left specific instructions not to operate on it again unless they were ready to remove the leg if it bleed to much.
