Would you want the pilot flying your family home to be no more qualified than having taken a classroom course on how to fly a plane? Wouldn't you rather trust your family to a pilot with real flying experience? Many inspectors have no more qualifications to inspect a home than having taken a home inspection course and passing a test. There is much more to Real Estate inspections than that.
