If i could give no stars i would but they make you give 1 but By all means do not go here after working at this place for a year and three months I would never recommend my worst enemy here Dr....

I have purchased at least four pairs of eyeglasses from Professional Eye Care Center over the past, perhaps 10 years. I didn't have a problem until I purchased the third pair. I began to notice what appeared to me like a deterioration of the lenses. There were "smears" that began on one lens and then the other. These "smears" obstructed my vision and I had never seen them on the last two pairs...

I asked for the earliest appointment available so that I wouldn't have to wait. I arrived several minutes before the 9:00 AM appointment, and was finally seen at 9:40. All through the check-in process, the clerical staff seemed ruffled, confused and overwhelmed. The experience of the exam was fine. Dr. Washington …
