This is simply the best place in Seattle!!!! You could not ask for a better find on a steep climb. The treasure is worth going threw the twists and turns that Seattle has to offer. Fresh ingredients beautiful atmosphere nice and cozy. As far as people having a hard time finding the place i found it right away. Across the street from the Aquarium. Cross at the big crosswalk in front of the Aquarium. Walk to the stairs. DRAG YOUR BUTT UP THEM. Close to the top of the stairs not all the way up. Its simple! We have been to Italy four times and our family feels Procopio has the best gelato in Seattle. Others may think the fluffy, highly decorated gelato is how it should look, but that type is chalky and made from a chemical mix not made with fresh, quality ingredients such as Procopio uses. Procopio gelato was being sold at Whole Foods, but they are now making their own. WF was closer for us than driving to Seattle, but their own product is not worth the calories... Back to Seattle we will go!
