Help us make it rightHorrible, horrible customer service. I have never been so offended as I was by the supervisor of this establishment. No one could make a decision, and I was told that the reason for my dry cleaning order not done as directed was, "We are all human and as humans we make...
This is the worst Laundromat. The floors are filthy, half the machines are broken down, there is dust hanging from the burnt out neon tubing, The staff is incredibly loud, rude and treat you as if you're a nuisance to them. I try to support Riverview businesses as much as I can, but this is one I will not. I will be using a Laundromat in Wyandotte instead.
Horrible Service from most of the staff for dry cleaning. I was given attitude every time I went. First time I went I was told to wait so the woman working could smoke. Another time, when I asked to get it the next day. She looked at me and said do you really need it? Can't you wait two days? in a very rude tone. The rude tone and poor customer service skills make me never want to go...
Friendly and professional.
I found a coupon in Valpak. They did a fabulous job and I saved a lot. Open late and on Sundays too.
