If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are shysters. I filed a complaint with the BBB but of course that went nowhere. I wasted a lot of money on these con artists.

The service tech was not knowledgeable in diagnostics relied heavily on third party information from his cell phone, additionally did not open TV to test other hardware he just starred at the TV saying "that is weird, might be time for a new TV as the part does not seem available" then went on to offer me a TV that he had in his shop from a customer that did not pay the bill. I just had my tv repaired today and they were very quick to come and fix it. I called today and someone came out within 20 mins. Very quick! I would recommend this company.
