Installed new insulated garage door, motor etc. paid $1,500+ They installed incorrectly, used wrong size spring, didn't operate correctly, door did not close & seal fully. After several attempts to fix by Owner-finally asked them to leave my property. Had to hire another company to fix & they said this company installed poorly. Sent Certified letters demanding refund of $350 I had to pay other...

Called into the office and found the office to be very friendly and personable. I ordered an internet special and I was told the door would be installed within 24 to 48 hours, as stated it was installed within 24 hours. The price paid was what I was told and compared to other companies it was very competitive. I found protech to be a breath of fresh air because they were so easy to deal with.

Will recommend this company to friends and family. On time, resonably priced, and reliable. I live out of town and needed a spring replaced on my rental property and Protech gave no hassle with billing or service. Good Job Protech!
