Took my laptop in to get a fan replace, because it was over heating and shutting off. Pro-tech "replaced" the fan and monitored for the over heating, with no problems. I got my laptop back and continued having the same exact problems, nothing was resolved and I was out $45.

I have taken my computer to the "other guy", and lets just say that I was tired of being treated like ..... Yeah. Anyways, the guys at Pro-Tech are the real deal. They are fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

I called Pro-Tech Computers and they were able to come right out to my house and fix my computer. They were fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will defiantly refer them to everyone I know.

I had a computer that was loaded with spyware. I took it to one other place and the their solution was to format and reinstall. I took it to pro-tech and they had it fixed in just under an hour. THANK YOU! A+++ Professional Service. Will do business again. Highly Recommend.
