First let me say that I work in the customer service arena, which makes me very critical of other customer service. We have rented from them several times and every time their customer service is impeccable. Their prices are very reasonable and they have always had what we needed from ladders and paint sprayers to power rakes. Everything. We will continue to use them for our DIY needs.
