Help us make it rightWas recommended to this place. It was close to where my car had broken down. I gave and oral explanation of what was being experienced when driving. Loss of acceleration while driving and when stopped would idle at 500 rpm or lower. Resulting in my catalytic converter heating up to glowing red. During in which my engine light would be blinking on and off. They told me that they would look at my car and figure out what was wrong with it. 3 times back now and $950 of labor and parts thrown at my car. No dynastic reports to show me why my are keeps experiencing the same problems. Not to mention refusal to refund my money. Due to not showing problems when returning the car. Still no dynastic reports for them to show me. Total lack of knowledge from Joey, and total avoidance from the so called rich kid manager Mike. This place is totally unprofessional and unreliable and shoddy work. I would recommend never taking your vehicle here or any of their other establishments. Do as I did and report them to the BBB to get them discredited
This place is a total rip off! They lure you in with a coupon and then rob you blind! what ever you do, don't bring your car here. YOU WILL BE SORRY!
I have the worst experience in the shop. For 19.9 oil change, charge me over $70, a small hose that worth $1, charge me $50. And for the oil, cheat me that it is "high mileage oil" and want to charge me $45. Be carefull, don't be the victim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ken
