Mom and I went to pro nails yesterday for mothers day pedicures, the experience was not a good one. One out of four of them spoke english, so everything said was translated. My mothers nails were barely trimmed and left too long, and a different tech had to paint her nails. Traumatic Waxing Experience...Beware!

Pro Nails did a fabulous job on my nails so I figured I would get my eyebrows waxed along with my manicure. The technician took forty-five minutes to preform the service, and afterwards I left with my eyebrows totally crooked. My left eyebrow was about half an inch shorter than my right and removed far to the side of the area the arch ends above my nose. I went to my husband's work Christmas party looking like half of my eyebrows had been burnt off.

My advice: the place is fine for a manicure/pedicure. Steer clear of any facial waxing.

Terrible experience; these people just want to shove as many people out the door as possible. Everything I asked for, they told me no. Nobody talked to me. My questions were met with sharp, discouraging answers. Three different people worked on my nails, and I prefer one person to do them from start to finish.
