rude

now called expert cuts. worst experience i have ever had yesterday. i have never NOT tipped someone who cut my hair until yesterday. the rudeness was jaw-dropping. always be wary of a place you can walk into with no wait, and don't go here. they really don't care if they cut your hair or not.

I have been going to this location for 7 0r 8 years and have never had a bad experience. The personnel are friendly, outgoing and very customer service oriented. I recommend this establishment to anyone.
