Troy and Annie always give me terrific haircuts that are unbeatable for the price. As a guy, I always go to Troy, but am happy for Annie to cut my hair if Troy isn't in. After years of paying $30 to $50 for haircuts, I found them when I needed a fat cut and they were in the neighborhood. Now we live 20 minutes away, but I always make sure to get over there when it's time for a haircut.

I always come here for the noodle dishes - whether dining in or taking to go. The food is consistently good. I've had the soba and the udon noodle dishes and the servings are huge.
