My wife, two kids, and I recently visited the J C Penny Photo Studio. We made an appointment a few weeks earlier and showed up a bit early for our appointment. We waited for two hours and there were only a few seats available. We were rushed through our shoot and the photographers aid said that they had enough proofs for us. When we were asked to pick out the shots for our pictures there were only five that came out and only one that was cute enough for our holiday cards. The girl was very impatient with my children. It seemed like there was no leader there and everyone that worked there...
