Call today to make an appt for a repair to work on my washer. From what I read online it just needs a cleaning, the lady that answer the phone told me they don't do cleanings, I explained online it said to remove the pump and free the clog in the hoses(clean the hose)and apparently I didn't word that correctly because all she wanted to do is argue with me that i stated it needed to be cleaned....
