I had a great experience with these guys. They fixed a tough problem that I couldn t fix even with my background in tech support. My machine was turned around quickly also.

I called them on the weekend, late afternoon. I was very upset because my laptop just went blank, and I had been working with the file I needed ready by Monday. I want to say how friendly and knowledgeable their technician was! I was told to drop-off my computer at their location and that it would be ready that same day. I picked up my laptop at 11 pm, fixed. They were my saver!

I've been using their drop-off service for a few times in the past 3 years. It is very convenient for me, since I get off work late and do not always have a time to fit into normal business hours. No matter how late I drop-off my computer, it's always ready for pick-up early afternoon. Once again, THANK YOU guys for such a great service!
