I only had them moving only furniture from a 1900 sq ft house and it took them over 8 hours. They were over an hour late. The truck was not big enough and they had to make 2 trips. I really think they should have been more prepared. Paid $910 and was not very satisfied.

The movers showed high spirits all through the job. I just found it strange that they did not bring extra packaging like boxes and china protection foam. My wife had to make a trip to Home Depot during the process.

Very friendly crew, the pickup went great and pieces appeared to be wrapped well at the time but delivery date was moved several times and items were damaged at delivery

Got the date I wanted. Crew did a great job getting everything loaded from the storage unit and to my new home. Only issue was confusion over the pickup but the crew quickly regrouped. All in all I'm very happy with the service provided.

With 3 weeks notice, it was a relief that Paula got us not only the date we needed, but also the first move of the day. The crew was on time, courteous, never slacked off, & was careful with our stuff. They protected our plants by loading them last so they would be unloaded first.

When we do have to move, we'll not hesitate to call Prime Movers.
