Wonderful. We had the dry aged rib-eye and it was delicious! Really great restaurant. Service was magnificent! If you are in Vegas and want a great meal, stop in and enjoy!

EXCELLENT!. Our waiter suggested a special, the Bison Rib Eye, since I wanted something lean. It was absolutely delicious!

The server went over the prices for all the specials, (this was a first for me- from Bonefish to Craftsteak I've NEVER heard the prices of any menue items announced unless a guest has inquired) but the server neglected to inform us that each diet coke refill was an additional charge. Prime indeed. In fact, one could go further: first class, superior and pre-eminent pretty much sum up Jean-Georges Vongerichten's steakhouse, where the striking setting comes with a perfect view of the Bellagio's fountains. There's magic on the plate, too: steaks are the highlights, but don't overlook the free-range chicken, seared ahi tuna, wood-grilled veal chop and a selection of 11 sauces...
